How do I know? I’ve been right where you are - stuck. I thought being here meant I was doomed to live a life of mediocrity forever, to never live up to that life I desperately craved. When I was ten years old my father passed away from cancer, which sent my mother spiraling into the deep end. I spent nearly two decades of my life with debilitating anxiety and feelings of “not enoughness,” just waiting for the minutes to tick down to the next day. I woke up late, skipped breakfast and went to my workplace. While I greatly enjoyed my job as a therapist I always felt exasperated - like all the life was being sucked out of me.

I woke up late, skipped breakfast and went to my workplace. While I greatly enjoyed my job as a therapist I always felt exasperated - like all the life was being sucked out of me.
I’d go home and stare at the contents of the fridge with complete brain fatigue. After a lackluster meal I’d binge watch Netflix, smoke a joint and go to sleep… then wake up and repeat the cycle over and over again.
I wasn’t enjoying my life. All I wanted to do was escape reality. I was living through the pain and some deep-rooted stories. Stories that made me want to leave my body, my emotions, my thoughts… and my life in general.
I am now the proud mother of my own daughter. She is known by many as the “connector,” due to her uncanny ability to connect people around her. That’s no fluke - when you heal yourself, you magnetize the world you’ve always wanted for yourself. I needed safety + security as a child and that’s exactly what I help people feel that are in my energetic circle.
Do I believe healing at the root is imperative? Heck yes! And I KNOW for a fact it’s the greatest gift you could ever give. When you heal yourself, you heal your lineage and future generations to come. What could be better than that?!
